Smaratungga: Journal of Education and Buddhist Studies (SJEBS) holds the principle that all research is for the benefit of mankind. Research is a product of an investment by society, and therefore, the results must be returned to all without borders or discrimination, serving society universally and transparently. That is why the Al Mutsla Journal provides free and open online access to all of its research publications. All accepted articles will be available immediately and free to download without limits and at no cost.
